  Hands down, this is the best homestay I've ever stayed in my life. Excellent location, Praety and her family are amazing. The house gives such a spiritual Balinese vibes. Breakfast is among the bests that I have had in my entire life. Great portion and options, wow! Excellent value for money. I will happily come here every time I travel to Ubud :)

  I was supposed to stay for two nights and ended up staying 5!! Praety and her family are lovable , the room was being cleaned up every day and the breakfast was soooo tasty!! Absolutely a value for money homestay in the center of Ubud !!

  A homestay tucked away in an alley off of Jl Sukma Kesuma, Tabesaya, ran by a very, very lovely family, which gives you so much value for such a reasonable price! Mbok Arina, Meme Praety, Bape Wayan and Bli Komang are the best representation of Ubud and Balinese hospitality, they welcome you as if you're relatives visiting family in your hometown. I stayed here for a month since the end of November until the end of December 2022, and nothing can come close to describe how great my experience was staying here. Praety Home Stay really attracts a great crowd, where everyone naturally connects and feels like they're a part of the larger Ubud community. The rooms are very well cleaned and maintained daily, and the complimentary breakfast every morning itself is VERY worth the price of stay - you get so much value out of it. Meme Praety and Bape Wayan were so kind to set aside some of their time to teach me the Balinese language and the Hindu Balinese religion and culture, and for that I cannot express how grateful I am to them. Highly suggest you put Praety Home Stay in your list of places to stay if you're visiting Ubud. Personal preference would be to ask for a room at Praety 2 on the third floor - you will be treated to a beautiful view of Tabesaya from there, and an even more amazing view from their rooftop.   You get so much for a little money. It was perfect stay here. Rooms were very clean, the Wifi was very good and the breakfast was perfect! Totally recommended!

  Hotel pequeñito, bien situado y con un personal encantador. Tiene un jardín frondoso y es muy tranquilo. Muy buen desayuno y cama muy cómoda. Mejoraría la limpieza en las habitaciones (aunque si llevas ya tiempo en Asia te acabas acostumbrando).

  J'ai logé dans leur deuxième résidence une centaines de mètres plus loin et ce fut une agréable expérience ! Les plus : lieu paradisiaque, belle vue sur la jungle, des plantes partout dans la residence, climatisation, propreté, petit-déjeuner, personnel sympathique, lieu à l'écart de la route donc plutôt calme, bon rapport qualité-prix. Les points à améliorer : pas de shampoing mais un gel douche tout-en-un un peu basique, aucune possibilité de laver son linge dans la residence et pas de prise courant sur le balcon.

  Very homely environment, well decorated and maintained. The breakfast was tasty. The owner is humble and allowed us to check out late (by few hours) without any extra charge.

  Fantastic breakfast, quiet and peaceful garden, great view from balcony, thoughful and caring hosf. When we had to leave early to Nusa Penida, they have prepared the breakfast as beautiful as usual for us. We are really appreciated. Definitely will come back and stay here next visit.
